Customer Feedback

Consumer feedback shows that users of the scheme find reviews and star ratings helpful when searching for a trader.
We want to encourage all our members to collect feedback. This can be from any of your customers, not just ones who find you via the scheme.

Feedback can be left in several ways:

  • Include a link straight to the customer feedback section of the website on your quotes, invoices and website – https://safetrader.org.uk/rate-a-trader.
    Also post a link on your social media which helps make it easy for customers to leave reviews.

  • Provide your customer with a Customer Feedback Form prefilled with your business details. ‘Download the Customer Feedback Form here’ The form can either be posted (we would suggest supplying an SAE) or e-mailed to us.

  • Leave a leaflet with your customer which provides details about the Safe Trader Scheme, including a link to the website where reviews can be left. Leaflets are available on request.
