Scott has completed a few bits of work for me in the past replacing taps and fixing a leaking bath which was all done to a high standard. This time he's helped fit a new bath screen which was in an awkward position as well as fixing a bathroom mirror and shelves and he once again completed it all to a high standard and arrived at the date and time he said he would for both the quote and when doing the work. I can't recommend him enough to anyone!

I came home late from work and found that an old pipe connected to the house had burst outside. Scott was recommended by a neighbour and was immensely helpful. He explained how I should proceed that evening to ensure I still had heating and called back to check everything was OK. He then arrived at the house after I had left for work and fixed the problem, completing some preventative measures too. His work is perfect and I will definitely use Scott again. I understand now why my neighbour won’t use anyone else.

Called Scott and he came to look a day later. Quote received quickly, job booked in and Scott communicated all this perfectly. He turned up on time, took great care to keep everything sheeted up and clean, kept me informed of progress and installed two new radiators in quick time. Flushed out the system to make sure all was working and then left our home spotless. Absolutely recommend - best plumber in Preston!

Walker brothers have done work for our family before. From kitchen sink to leaking toilet cistern to bathroom basin plug repair Scott returned very soon after initial visit , so was not left long having to wait for repair. Thankyou very much , work great and all cleared up too !

He was friendly and, as it went dark and he needed to do some outside work, he arranged to come back early the next morning. I had an Outside Tap fitted by Mr Scott Walker. I was impressed by his professional manner and the excellent standard of work he delivered for this job. He also explained clearly how I can isolate the water supply to the tap, to prevent freezing when winter arrives. I highly recommend this gentleman for plumbing jobs.

I’ve used Walker Brothers Plumbing and Heating before, and like last time they have acted promptly, turned up as arranged and on time. The issues I had with the taps and plumbing were identified quickly, a quote was given which was very competitive. Scott suggested carrying out the repairs immediately - which was a great help to us. Areas were left spotless after the repairs, Scott had on shoe protectors to keep the carpets clean etc. A really great service, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

I'm very happy to complete feedback to this scheme and to recommend Scott Walker. He assessed the job beforehand (no charge) and arrived on the date and at the time agreed. He kept me informed about what he was doing and why throughout. His work area was very clean and tidy so there was not a speck of dust there when he had finished. Scott has a very pleasant manner and the standard of work was excellent in every way. He even came in under budget and knocked a tidy sum off his estimate. Brilliant!

Scott carried out a very comprehensive and quality piece of work. A number of old taps needed repairing and Scott took the time to make sure the system was operating perfectly before he was satisfied the job was completed. He also took the time to inspect the main water tank and recommend replacing the value, which was 20 years old. This has now helped the water flow as previously the tank was not filling correctly. An excellent job all round.

Scott did a fantastic job was very thorough, gave guidance and ideas and never let us down with our scheduled date and time. Pricing was very competitive and Scott was very tidy with his work. Would 100% highly recommend for any plumbing issues from a dripping tap to a new sink. We thought we needed a new toilet also but Scott suggested we just replace the workings of it which saved us money. Thank you again Scott

I am not someone who often leaves reviews, but I feel compelled to because of the exceptional service provided by Scott.He came out on a Saturday morning to my parents house (both in their 90s) to do what we felt was a routine, quick job. It wasn't and there was a leak. He quickly averted the crisis and spent much longer than expected making things safe, despite not being in his work clothes.He gave my parents a fixed price to do the repair job (very reasonable) and a date. The radiator he was due to fit was damaged when he collected it. He let them know and said he would be there the following day. He was and did a fantastic job.Scott is a lovely guy who did a fantastic job - polite, reassuring and very professional. I cannot recommend him enough.Thank you, Scott

As has always been the case, Scott was a huge help again today- punctual ,very efficient and thorough. He replaced my old radiator with new and explained issues to me regarding bleeding radiators, checking boiler water pressure and checking for any drips/leaks. A huge relief having the previous problematic radiator gone, all the radiators checked and a lovely secure new radiator in place!
