Excellent service once again from Orbit / John - from product and supplier recommendations through to installation. Not only did John complete a superb job on our new kit in the lounge, he was also really helpful in rationalising inherited kit across 3 rooms. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Orbit or Richer Sounds.

John carried out the work to an exceptionally high standard , simplified existing cabling and cleared all packaging, etc.
Prior to leaving he ensured full understanding of controls.

Excellent service. John worked along side an electrician that I had brought onto the job. John went above and beyond to work out the best way to wall mount our TV and soundbar above a log burning stove, ensure everything was protected from any heat produced from the fire. Instead of jumping in head first he went through multiple options so we could avoid chasing wires along a wall, thus eradicating the need to redecorate. John's work was neat and he left everything tidy. I would highly recommend him.

John and his company were invaluable in advising the best system for us with the work being completed ahead of time and under budget. Throughout the installation John has been very hands on and after the work has been completed he has contacted us to ensure that all is working perfectly.

No signal for TV and we presumed issue with aerial.
John at Orbit recommended to us and we are not disappointed.
He went above and beyond to fit us into his busy schedule, coming to see us very promptly. Access issues overcome sensibly and our problem resolved with TVs all back and working properly with good signal.

Excellent Service and install. We had an aerial fitted by another company that was very poorly completed, John sorted out a number of problems they had left us with quickly and thoroughly. Arrived on time, worked very hard and left our property in an immaculate condition. Would highly recommend.

If you want the most professional job done. Arrived on time and explained what I wanted with knowledge and what aerial I required. The key to aerial installation is the local knowledge built up over the years.
