Cannot fault the service I received from Martin. Communication beforehand was smooth and simple. On the day, he arrived earlier than expected and completed the work to a very high standard. Martin came to fix my immersion heater. Unfortunately he was unable to mend it or to replace it because the water tank was very old and corroded. He offered us an affordable solution and we accepted his advice. When he came to fit it he worked hard and was organised and efficient. We found Martin on the safe trader scheme but since then other people have told us how good he is.

I was in a desperate situation with a health issue followed by a flood of water from my attic tank. Martin Parry responded immediately to the emergency and went on to repair the damage efficiently and in good time. Not only did he fix the damage when I needed help, like my hero Sir Tom Finney, the caring Preston plumber, Martin, deserves the medal Sir Tom finally got.
