Can't praise Jeremy and his son enough, if it wasn't for the new downspout you wouldn't have known any work had been done so neat and tidy was the work area left. I would recommend this business to anybody who needs building work done. They are prompt, reliable and friendly, and in my opinion extremely reasonable on cost. They will be our first port of call for any further maintenance/building work needed on our property.

Jeremy has carried out refelting to a tiled roof and to a lean-to extension. Also to the verge of the main slate roof of a circa 1900 old terrace house. He gives honest advice and a fair price . Communication is good and the work areas left clean and tidy. Would recommend.

The JN Turner people were trustworthy, polite and pleasant and re-mortared our roof valleys without fuss or damage and in a safe manner . They implemented a repair that should reasonably be expected to last a long time. They did not make a mess during the work and cleared away before moving on to their next job. We hope to use them again for more building maintenance work in the near future.

We had a roof tile which urgently needed putting back into position. I phoned in the morning and after lunch the job had been completed. We really appreciated how quickly and efficiently they dealt with the problem and would highly recommend. Thank you.

Excellent work again by Jeremy and his son, this time replacing soffits and gutters. They both worked extremely well and to a very professional standard. We are delighted with the results and fully intend to use this business again for further work in the future.

We would highly recommend JN Turner Building Maintenance. Jeremy and his son are reliable, professional and punctual. They repointed our semidetached house to an extremely high standard, tidying the area each day and leaving the completed work in excellent condition. They were very respectful to our neighbours, minimising disruption. We are pleased to have found them through the Lancashire Safe Trader scheme and have no hesitation in recommending them to others. We have already approached them regarding further work to our property.

Mr Turner has done several jobs for me over the past ten years or so. His work was of the highest standard and has stood the test of time. The work carried out was of the highest standard and with much attention to the finest details, all done to my entire satisfaction. Brilliant work today from Jeremy and his son, very professional work carried out to replace two stone lintels over two front doorways. Work completed in a day and to a very high standard. Very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this business and will be using again in the very near future.

Jeremy was very efficient and provided us a quote and a potential start date and completed the job to the provided specifications and sign off from the local council that approved of the work.Afterwards Jeremy and his son efficiently cleaned the site area incredibly well and left us incredibly satisfied with the work he has done. I would 100% recommend the services of Jeremy.
