Excellent service. We initially called in the shop and had a look at the wardrobes and had a chat with John about what we wanted. He arranged to visit and arrived promptly and gave us a rough idea of price. We then received a detailed plan on the work and and a firm price. We visited the showroom again and saw Lexi to sort handles, etc, she was wonderful and so helpful. Wardrobes were fitted yesterday and are beautiful, we are delighted with them. Thank you to John and Lexi and all the team.

John and his team fitted my bedroom out back in August 2023. I changed the measurements of the wardrobe fitting but I made the measurement for the bed too tight. John was right with his measurement so I called him back to re-fit the measurements back to what John had arranged in the first place. Sorry John I was wrong. Next time I will listen to you. Thanks for the re-fit great job.

Dear John and your great team I was so impressed with your workmanship from yourself and your team. I am pleased to say that your joinery crew was fantastic and always polite and kept my house clean and tidy. The design and fitting were more than we expected and the push drawers are a very nice touch. I appreciate the changes that you made to accommodate my needs. Some units not in accordance with the drawings. Wardrobes wrong way round, no built in seat. Dressing table units misaligned. Worktop badly fitted and damaged. Creative owner said it was the best they could do and put phone down on us!! Independent report described the work as amateurish and shoddy. Steer clear and use a competent contractor.TRADER RESPONSE The bedroom furniture was designed and fitted as requested by the customer. On the day the job was completed he told us how happy he was with the finish and paid in full. He then engaged other trades to finish the room – (decorators and carpet fitters) and later complained that the top was damaged. We have made every attempt to resolve this but the customer has rejected every attempt.
