I have used BD Alarms a couple of times now and the workmanship has always been fantastic. He is competitively priced and has a good product knowledge. Barry was very quick to respond with a quote and installed on appointment on time. Gave good advice on devices required and re-positioned for better detection. Really went the extra mile in explaining and teaching how to use the alarm. Explained after care service and was more than happy to be called again for help. Bharat was very efficient. Called him for an emergency and he came out straight away to the job. He arrived within half an hour. He did a thorough job and explained everything really well. Will definitely recommend him to others and use his service again.

Barry was installing a new alarm system and cameras on a neighbours house so thought I would update my old alarm system. Barry made some useful suggestions for location of the PIRs which I hadn’t thought of and my new wireless alarm system was installed within a week of accepting the quote. Barry installed the new system within 4 hours and is a very tidy workman. He also retuned a few days later to amend my zones, nothing was an issue for him. Excellent service. Excellent workmanship. Excellent customer service. Would defo recommend to family and friends.

Bari fitted cctv and a alarm for us a couple of years ago. I was recently having a few issues with the logging in to the cctv app (nothing to do with Bari) and he kindly came and sorted this out for me. Bari didn't need to come and sort this but his customer service is excellent and he ensured he sorted the issue out for me. Would highly recommend Bari.

Have used Barry's services for quiet sometime now. He's always on time and does the job to the best of his ability. Bharat came at short notice to mend one of the cameras on my CCTV system that had stopped recording. I use the system as a wildlife camera network to capture rare hedgehogs & birds coming & going into my garden.The problem was complicated by dampness & damaged wiring but Bharat sorted it out quickly & efficiently. I am delighted with the outcome, the price & the quiet way Bharat sorts out solutions to even the most complicated problems. I recommend him highly.

Bharat replaced my old alarm with a modern new system. He did an excellent job of completing the work taking care while doing the work. He advised me as to my overall needs with regards the alarm and safety and provided a system that was priced reasonably and met my requirements.
