Customer reviews are a powerful tool that can significantly impact your business. They help build trust with potential customers, improve your online presence, and provide valuable feedback that can help you improve your services.

Capture More Feedbacks-

Make It Easy: Provide clear instructions on how to leave a review.

  • Email or text the following link to customers-Customer Feedback
  • Add the link on invoices with a request for customers to leave feedback

·       Provide your customer with a Customer Feedback Form prefilled with your business details. ‘Download the Customer Feedback Form here’  then email it to safetrader@lancashire.gov.uk on their behalf

·       Leave a leaflet with your customer which provides details about the Safe Trader Scheme, including a link to the website where reviews can be left. Leaflets are available on request.
