The quotation was professional and well done. The customer service team were great - quick to answer the phone + very friendly and helpful. The installation team were fabulous, friendly and got on efficiently with the job. The work is excellent and very smart. The work area is even cleaner than before they started the job! It has opened up a whole new space in my house and needless to say I am very pleased with the work.

Lots of loft boarding companies to choose from, this firm stood out. Exceptional customer service from the visit to quote to the staff booking a slot & then the excellent lad who came to do the work. Can’t fault the entire process. Highly recommend, it may cost a little bit more from some other quotes I had but in terms of service etc. you get what you pay for.

Superb service and job Professional, polite, respectful, friendly and very trustworthy. The admin staff are a credit to the company as well as the fitters. They left everywhere clean and tidy afterwards and there was no mess. We are really pleased with the finished loft boarding, with a new hatch, ladder and light. Highly recommend UK Loft Boarding Ltd. From the initial contact with the company to the finished job they were professional, polite and true to their word. They were punctual, pleasant and very respectful making sure everywhere was covered and protected whilst the work was being done. They worked very hard and the work was completed in one day as against the two days we were initially booked in for. They left everywhere clean and tidy afterwards and there was no mess. We are really pleased with the finished loft boarding, new loft hatch and ladder. It has given us lots of extra storage space and we are now able to make use of an otherwise wasted area of our home. We would have no hesitation in recommending UK Loft Boarding Ltd, fantastic job. A big thank you to all concerned.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Highly professional customer services backed up by great hardworking estimators and joiners who get in and get the job done when they say they are going to and for the price they have quoted. Can’t recommend UK Loft Boarding enough as we desperately needed a high quality loft ladder and insulation throughout which has been completed to a high standard. Not to mention the availability of payment plans to help all budgets access essential loft insulation and making lifts safer and easier to access for all. Many thanks and will have you guys back for loft boarding once I’ve upgraded the electrics.
