A first-class repair performed by an extremely polite, well-mannered person (Steven) Who is very knowledgeable in the dark depths and mysteries in the world of computers. For a very reasonable, affordable price. All performed in the comfort of my home, following a same day telephone appointment. You are or should be sceptical about having a stranger having control of your computer but I soon realised that Steven was a trusted and professional specialist. He explained stage by stage what he was doing and showed me a raft of short cuts to use whilst using my computer.He was very patient with me and had a calm un- fluttered manner about him. I would not hesitate in recommending Steven and his work.
