I have used Shaun Whelan on several occasions, both for emergency roof repairs and for planned maintenance. He has always carried out the work proficiently, meticulously demonstrating a complete and thorough understanding of the skills of his trade. He takes pride in his work while also maintaining a sense of fun and levity and seems to really enjoy his job. In my opinion he represents the best in his field and I do not hesitate to recommend him. Top Man!

Shaun and his team were absolutely great. They replied to any questions instantly. Perfect workmanship. There’s always going to be some unexpected complications, and he dealt with everything promptly, professionally and had a great friendly manner. If you need a roof, go to these guys.

Excellent service from the consultation about the issue to finishing within a reasonable amount of time All issues that arose within the job were brought to our attention at the time and fixed with our approval. Any days where they couldn't work (mainly due to weather, and a vehicle issue) we were told early that morning. Great service.

Excellent service provided, there were unexpected problems with my old roof which only became apparent once the work began. Shaun Whelan and team dealt with this quickly, efficiently and successfully. They were on site early each morning and cleaned up at the end of every day. I am very grateful to them for all the help they gave me. I would have no hesitation in employing this firm.

I originally contacted Shaun to help with an overflowing gutter. He came on the same day and sorted the blockage immediately. I also needed a roofer to repair a leak on my roof which was causing damp walls and plaster/decoration damage. I had previously had 2 roofers attempt to rectify this problem with no success. Shaun looked at the problem and provided a free quote with a full detail of the work necessary. The work was carried out with Shaun providing me with pictures and videos of the roof showing me where it was raining in. The work was completed efficiently, professionally and to a high standard with everything left clean and tidy. I cannot recommend Shaun and his team highly enough and consider the work to be good value for money.

Sean was an exceptionally professional individual to deal with. Came up with some great suggestions, helped rectify others tradesmen faulty work. Worked through atrocious weather. Work was done to a very high standard and price was great. Sean puts a lot of trust in the people he does business with and shows a lot of empathy. I would highly recommend Sean and his team for roofing and other works.

Mr Whelan has done lots of roofing jobs for me now, from full re roofs to patching work and they have also completed general building works for me. I have always been happy and impressed with the service that was provided, they always clean up at the end of the day which is rare and he likes to keep a clean and organised work environment. Would recommend mr Whelan and his team

We called Shaun with a few leaks on our roof. He came out straight away and provided us with a free no onligation quote. We went ahead with the work and it was carried out very quickly due to the leaks and stress it was causing us, especially right before Christmas. S Whelan roofing are very good value for money and got the job done leaving us very happy with the outcome and no more leaks!!! Thanks for the quality workmanship, we would recommend Shaun and his lads to anyone looking for any type of roofing work. Top work and much appreciated, you literally made our Christmas much less stressful and we could relax knowing that it was fixed!

Shaun provided a competitive quotation for the supply and fix of a full re roof and velux windows including a breakdown of materials and timescales that he could work to. He worked collaboratively to ensure a smooth and speedy start. Shaun and team had good quality, clean personal protective equipment and displayed all the correct regulatory health and safety signage around the working area. The job was completed on time, the scaffolding removed and the working area was left spotless. I was impressed by Shauns business acumen and professionalism from end to end. The positive feedback that is constantly on social media is great to see and I like how this business invests time and money and encourages the next generation to educate themselves in potential future trade careers.

I had my full roof replaced by this company and I can not say one negative thing about their work ethic and professionalism. They were punctual, polite and respectful. The work they did was completed to a fantastic standard. I really could not recommend this company enough

Shaun and the team came to me through a friend and from the off was polite honest and well mannered. I felt his down to earth manner was trustworthy. This proved to be true as the work was carried out to the very highest standards and on time. Shaun has since carried out several pieces of work for me and all have been to an excellent standard. None of his work has required him to revisit to rectify and his work has proved to be sustainable in all weathers. Shaun and the team have also worked for my neighbour proving again to be an excellent recommendation.

3rd roof completed on our property by S.Whelan and again he went above and beyond, not only workmanship but small extras that cropped up during the job that most would just have left or hidden, which would have caused problems later. Can't rate this firm highly enough and if you want a job doing right he's well worth the wait
