Daniel was thoughtful, fair and very efficient. We had used his services four years ago to clear my parents' home in Hoghton. This year we needed someone to clear my mother in law's home in York and I contacted him to recommend someone in that area. Although it is quite a way from Preston he came to York to do the job for us. An indication of my trust is that he gave us an approximate quotation from photos and the price was was within the range. I knew he would be fair and transparent. I highly recommend him.
