I contacted Coptic Solutions for a Home security system quote. Lee came out the same day - providing an informative consultation to ensure we knew exactly what to expect, the best locations and tailored the equipment required to our needs. Lee is genuine. Punctual, knowledgable and efficient. The cabling is hidden, neat and tidy. Lee worked above and beyond by helping removing the old system. We couldn't be more impressed with the service we received. The engineer came out on a Saturday afternoon to restore our Sky system after being knocked off due to work being done on our property. The dedication and professionalism were outstanding. He worked efficiently and resolved the issue quickly, ensuring everything was back up and running perfectly.

Been using Lee for security and camera for all my residential and commercial properties good knows for how many years (10 + years) and never disappointed me once ! Actually surprised me every time with his knowledge and keen to keep up with technology and upgrades! Every 12month promptly give me gentle reminder about my camera and alarm service due and I never had problem! Can’t fault him he is really good at what he do and high knowledge on every aspect.

I asked a friend who recommended Lee at Coptic solutions. He was brilliant he contacted me the same day, he kept me fully informed of when he was coming and arrived at said time. He was friendly and extremely efficient at sorting the problem out, even taking photos on his phone to show me the problem on the roof. All work completed, he returned my TVs and all for a very fair price. Would highly recommend him to anyone, especially if you’re on your own. Great to know there are genuine tradesmen out there who provided genuine customer service.
