Lee at Coptic solutions did an outstanding job in re-setting security cameras around our house and sorting the TV satellite. Lee responded promptly to our call and arrived on time. He proved to be very helpful and courteous as he pointed out possible configurations for our system. I was worried that because the system was not originally fitted by Coptic Solutions that there may be a problem , but Lee put me at ease and was only to pleased to be able to get our system back up and running. I moved house and found that the CCTV (Hikvision) that was installed was not working. I asked for recommendations on a local Facebook page and majority suggested Coptic solution. I contacted and made an appointment with Lee. What a lovely guy, he managed to get the CCTV working for me ( which was originally installed by someone else), he ran through the system with me as I'm not technically minded. Whilst he was here I mentioned I couldn't get any TV programmes, he looked at the satellite dish which only needed a new cable. Overall, a great job, very honest and would recommend in the future.

Security camera installation. Excellent professional service from discussion of requirements, options, best value solution and installation. Lee spent time to explain and methodically step through the supporting software which I find user friendly. Lee also went the extra mile and resolved an ongoing internet issue for us. I chose Lee based on recommendation. I wasn't disappointed. He was excellent at suggesting how and the best cctv to upgrade to. He took time to ensure I was happy with his plans. He was v considered in suggesting other security advice. He arrived on time completed all the work and left my house spotless. He had the courtesy to contact me a few days later to see if all was OK. Coptic solutions were recommended to me by a few friends when I needed someone to sort my TV and Ariel out pretty quickly. Lee came out to give me a consultation and advice on what needed doing to get it fixed then got it all sorted within a day.
