We found All Star through an internet search engine. Received a telephone call very quickly from Lindsey, who was very helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole moving period, including calls on the day to check we were ok. Thanks Lindsey, you helped keep me sane!We had a video assessment call with Steve, who was very helpful too and gave us some good advice.On the day the removal team were excellent. They arrived promptly at 8:30 am, with a huge van and worked so hard dismantling beds and a wardrobe and filling the van.We did, unfortunately, have some problems with completion and getting access to the new house. This meant that the team did not finish with us until 9 pm. They continued working professionally and with care, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to the removal team, you were brilliant.We would not hesitate to recommend All Star Removals to anyone. Lindsey said that they would look after us on the day, and they did.

Excellent service provided at a really stressful time - Lindsey in the office was amazing, so supportive and helpful. The lads who did the heavy lifting were punctual, friendly and polite and made a really stressful day almost fun! All Star were recommended to me and I would not hesitate to refer them to others!!

Excellent professional service. The process was smooth with great communication from start to finish. Moving house is very stressful let alone during the pandemic, but the fellas who carried out the removals made it as stress free as possible. The move took place over two days due to the distance, they kept us updated as to where they were and of any delays. They were friendly but professional and helpful offering advice when needed. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or recommend to friends and family.
