Noticed a leak in my loft via the ceiling! Richard came out same day (21/5) due to the urgency. Identified the problem, i.e. leak in water tank and new one needed. Left me still being able to get cold water, which was a bonus and also, measured up for a new tank. Received quote and agreed very reasonable price the following day and tank ordered. Tank received next day. Richard managed to install the day after. The 24th, if you're losing track?! Basically, all sorted within 72 hours. Outstanding service by Richard.
