Had IT issues and called Steve, he came early next morning and sorted out all problems. Fantastic at explaining what I wasn't doing correctly and added more safeguards. Also added off site assistance which I know I will need.

Recommended by a computer repair shop who doesn't do home visits. Steven attended promptly and in addition to fixing the problem with the link between laptop and printer, gave me instructions on a number of other functions which I had previously tried to use without success.

I have used Steve's services over some years. This time it was to commission a new machine and transfer all data from my old one. Within one hour of my phone call he had picked up both machines from my house and returned them to me the next day with the job completed. I cannot praise his professionalism too highly. A very skilled, experienced pleasant technician who really knows his job. I am very impressed by his service and affordable charges.
