Very helpful in selecting the door and window types as there are many choices these days. I'm very pleased with the final selection. The installation went in quite quickly and it was done very tidily and all the sealing round the windows was complete. The new windows and doors have greatly improved the insulation and appearance of the property.

We are very pleased with the windows and the interior window sills. We had put off doing the work for years as we had been unable to find something that fitted what we wanted (to retain the amount of glass and have a narrow frame). J J Windows provided this and took care to give us exactly what we wanted. The fitters worked well as a team, as did the joiners.We did have initial communication problems and thought that could have been better. We did have to ask for certain things like some plastering which would have been missed otherwise. We did have a couple of minor breakages that we had to ask about. However, once raised everything was done as we wanted and we were treated fairly. There was no quibbling. When a few weeks later again a small issue occurred the firm was back to fit it within two days.

The job took longer than anticipated, but that was due to the firm waiting for delivery of products. However once the product did arrive they were punctual and efficient doing the job. I am very pleased with the results.
