They offer a whole range of roofing services from minor leaks/repairs to complete re roofs and Carl is a registered certificated installer of flat roofing systems. Absolutely excellent work! Carl and his lads came first thing in the morning and did a cracking job! All the gutters and fascia's have been replaced and the capping stones have been repointed to a beautiful finish! Despite there being terrible hail today, Carl and his team have done a thorough and swift job! I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work.

Carl and the team fixed an ongoing problem that we’d had as our gutters had been changed and our neighbours had the original cast iron ones. Carl suggested a solution to the problem and since the work has been completed the issue seems to have been resolved. Holwyn are reliable, professional and trustworthy and I’d highly recommend. They are definitely a 10/10 from us.

Carl gave me a comprehensive quote for the work to re-roof our porch and repair the kitchen extension roof, which was a very reasonable price. He came on the day we arranged and completed all the work that day to a high standard, cleaning up on completion. Very polite and I would recommend him.

Carl came and estimated the work. He arrived on the date and time agreed. He was as efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Carl cleaned up and even fitted my weathervane back. An excellent tradesman. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Carl has been to us in 2021, to reset the stone slabs on our steep apex roof. He came in 2022 to resurface the whole of a flat roof at the back of our property. This year we needed him for a broken overflowing gutter plus removal of sky dishes, disused wiring, etc. re pointing chimney stack and slate replacement. Our neighbours also asked him to re roof their porch. Carl is always on time , reliable, easy to talk to and work with. He is very skilled and has great knowledge of repairs etc to historic buildings.

Carl at Holwin Property Services did a great job in replacing my roof. Very efficient, trustworthy, reliable and professional service with his dedicated work ethic to complete the job. Very tidy, worked in the worse weather but did a brill job and now my house is sound and water tight and I can now sleep at night with no dripping noises. Roof looks great and no longer like a Mexican wave. I would definitely recommend for the job to be done right first time. Thanks Carl
