Multicare company are very good to deal with. and when I've spoken to them on the phone I found them very helpful and polite. The two engineers that installed my new stairlift were very polite they just got on with installing the stairlift and then when they finished one of them told me what I needed to know and what to do if something should happen. He was very helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone. They are the best.

Helpful / Punctual / Clean / Efficient / Polite. My parents use this company and they have always been good to them. They offer no pressure in their sales, very helpful and understanding. Installation was very clean and efficient, the installer was very helpful and his instruction on use of the new stair lift was very helpful indeed. An excellent job from start to finish. I am also aware that their after sales service is just as efficient. Well done and thank you Multicare.

Our stairs are steep and narrow and we'd been told by other companies that a stairlift was not feasible. Multicare are the best company we have dealt with in a long time. We wish all companies were as good. Excellent survey - we felt very well informed. The fitters were punctual, respectful and skilled. Their customer service was second to none. We are so pleased with the stairlift. It has transformed the house.

Installer arrived on time, was extremely polite and explained how he was going to fit the stair lift. He then worked efficiently and carefully installing it, before leaving everything clean and tidy after showing me how to operate the stair lift safely. I have no hesitation in recommending Multicare Mobility.
