The man who came to inspect if it was possible was very kind and friendly. The two men that installed the stair lift were so kind and thoughtful. They made sure that I knew how to work everything. I've already recommended the company to a neighbour.

Excellent work. Quickly done with least poss disruption. Slight hiccup with the fitting that has to be sorted out by an additional work. The chair cannot swivel safely at the top because the arm hits the bannister. Fitter suggested a shorter arm could be fitted but didn't have one with them. Meanwhile we are removing bannister ourselves. But generally very happy.

Survey good. Only company prepared to fit lift due to limited space. Two workers arrived on time and did a satisfactory job. Cost reasonable considering the circumstances.
