Clifton Homecare is a domiciliary care agency, providing personal care to people in their own homes. They provide support in the home for older people and people who live with dementia. It is a family-run business established in 2013 by Margaret and Caroline Brady who together have over 40 years' experience in the Health & Social Care sector. Level of care can be for 24 hours or as needed. Home care services include: companionship, meal preparation, shopping and errands, light house-keeping, laundry, medication reminders, dog walking and help with bathing and dressing. Clifton Homecare have their own wheelchair access transport available and are also able to assist with mobility aids / medical equipment and are Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered.
